Section 4 — Products & Services
Products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and to modify or discontinue products at any time. We do not guarantee that product images or colors will appear exactly as displayed on your device.
Section 5 — Orders & Billing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to limit quantities purchased. You agree to provide accurate billing information and valid payment details. If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order or seek alternative payment.
Billing Descriptor Notice:
Charges from Purify Detox will appear on your bank or credit card statement as PURIFY DETOX. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.
Section 6 — Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees and are confirmed at checkout. We are not responsible for pricing errors and may cancel orders arising from such errors.
Section 7 — Subscriptions
Subscription Authorization & Acknowledgment
By purchasing a product marked as a subscription, AutoShip, or recurring order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are enrolling in an automatic delivery program
- Your order will be automatically rebilled and shipped at the selected frequency (e.g., monthly)
- Your selected payment method will be automatically charged prior to each shipment
- Subscription orders continue until canceled
- You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before the next billing date
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- Via the cancellation link included in your recurring order email reminders
- By contacting our customer support team at hello@purifydetox.com — cancellation requests submitted by email must be received at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. You may contact support to review return or refund eligibility. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the subscription terms and understand the recurring billing and delivery nature of the offer.
Section 8 — Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange shipment of your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Section 9 — Returns & Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or policy violation, and to limit refunds to one per customer. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details including eligibility windows and procedures.
